The idea of revamping our booking platform came about after we realized how more of our clients are searching for ways to make their bookings as efficient as possible without the need to write an email and wait for feedback for them to finalize their travel arrangements.
“We then decided to look at the best possible solution that would make our clients’ lives easier. We are therefore happy to announce that our booking platform partner could provide us with a timely solution that we were happy with,” says Mrs. Zelna Hengari, NWR Managing Director.
With the new booking platform, we have also made some subtle changes to our website in order to assist our customers to be able to better navigate around it and find the information they require effortlessly.
