The training was vital for the effective use of the upgraded version of Innkeeper in order to avoid teething challenges once the new version is implemented at our 21 resorts/camps spread across Namibia. The main advantages of the upgraded system are that it allows us to improve the functionality of our system and the procurement consul, which now allows for the inclusion of live budgeting procurement.
